✨ How are nannies vetted?
Every nanny is personally interviewed by me, background checked, and CPR/First Aid verified when applicable. I built this process around the standard I held myself to during six years as a nanny for a SpaceX family — nothing less.
🕒 How long does it take to get matched?
It varies by role and how specific your needs are, but most families meet their first round of finalists within a couple weeks of our initial interview.
💸 How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the package you choose — Essential, Platinum, or our Elite Membership for unlimited year-round support. Visit the Packages page for full details.
🚀 What if the placement doesn't work out?
It happens sometimes, and that's exactly why the Platinum package includes up to 3 replacement searches within 6 months, and Elite Membership includes unlimited placements. I also offer mediation support if an issue comes up mid-placement.
🌟 Do you only place nannies?
No — while nannies are my main focus, I also place family assistants, personal assistants, private chefs, and housekeepers.
📝 How do I get started as a family?
Fill out the family application form — linked on the For Families page and on Instagram. I personally review every application and follow up directly.

💬 Do you help with contracts and payroll?
