We Talk It Through
We schedule an interview so I can meet your family, understand your personality and dynamic, and find out exactly what you're really looking for.
I Find & Vet Your Matches
I search my roster for nannies who fit your hours and pay, interview each one myself to match personalities (not just resumes), and carefully filter down from as many as 20–30 applicants to a final three or four strong matches.
Meet & Choose
I present your finalists — interview all of them or just your top picks, virtually, together with me or individually. You'll usually walk away with a clear favorite.
Onboarding Support
I guide you through the full onboarding process, with optional extra support for employment contracts and setting up payroll systems.
