- Willingness to pass a full background check and interview process
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Many of our nannies hold bachelor's degrees or specialized childcare training
- A genuine passion for child development, not just childcare as a job
I personally interview every nanny who applies. It's not a quick form and forget — I want to know your experience, your approach, and what kind of family you'd thrive with, so when I do match you, it's the right fit for both sides.
